Configuration

Through the Web Portal, the availability of features and settings for the app can be automatically preconfigured for all devices.

• Company-wide App Defaults: Settings that can be configured in the app can be preconfigured in the Web Portal for all devices. For each setting, you can specify whether individual users are allowed to change (override) these settings.
• Enable Features: Many settings determine whether functionality is available - enable what you need.

Some settings also control the availability of functionality in the web portal, i.e., the availability of the corresponding menu entries or actions.

Deactivate Devices

In the mobile devices view, you can deactivate devices that are no longer needed to use the licenses for other devices.
